GREETINGS !

Welcome to the 16th Conference of the Canadian Association for Distance Education which we have been preparing with you in mind.

The theme Keeping IT Learner Centred: Is It Possible? invites you to spend a few days examining a key aspect of distance education today, the place accorded the human being, the learner, in the mainframe of educational technology.

To be held against the backdrop of one of North America’s most picturesque and historic locations, Québec City knows how to attract and mesmerize you.

Taking place in a francophone context and environment where the language of Molière is the norm, a great deal of communication will be available in English and the Conference personnel and Welcoming Committee will be able to answer your questions in the language of the Bard, Shakespeare. Furthermore, simultaneous translation will be available for major Conference events.

Accept our invitation and peruse our website rhetoric and discover for yourself what to expect at the Canadian Association for Distance Education’s 16th Conference.

Nota bene: Visit us often since information will be up-dated continually.
