You can register directly via this Website, using the registration form.
You can also complete and print the form, and return it with your payment to the address
below by mail or fax. Please note that registrations by fax will only be accepted where
payments are made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Includes opening cocktail, all refreshment breaks, refreshments for Cracker-barrel and
your participation to the scientific program as well as the material related to it.
Optional activity: Awards dinner and entertainment on May 5, 2000 at a cost of $60.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Agora Communication. A penalty of 20% of the
total registration cost will be applied. No refunds will be authorized after April 1,
2000.
Agora Communication will forward a registration confirmation to participants who register
before April 1, 2000.
