Simultaneous interpretation: There will
be simultaneous interpretation in two official languages (French and English) for plenary
sessions.
Official airline: Air Canada has been designated as the official airline for the
Conference. For information about their fees, please contact your travel agency or Air
Canada at 1-800-268-0024, and mention the code number of the event: CV008799.
Québec City and the surrounding area: For more information, you can visit the Québec City website.
ACCOMMODATION
Rooms have been reserved for participants in various Québec City hotels. The preferred
rate is applicable for single or double occupancy; however, reservation forms must be
completed and returned before March 15, 2000. After this date, rates and availability will
no longer be guaranteed. Requests for accommodation will be handled on a first come, first
served basis.
The cost of the room at the Loews Le Concorde, the hotel where the conference will take
place, includes a continental breakfast in the panoramic restaurant the Astral. The rooms
in the Université Laval residences are single occupancy and the price includes breakfast.

PAYMENT
- Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the first night guarantee by credit card.
- For accommodation only, major credit cards are accepted.
- Additional nights, and any other additional expenses, will be paid directly at the
hotel.

CONDITIONS
