Documents for admission to non-degree distance learning courses outside Québec
Important: The Registrar’s Office reserves the right to request the official documents supporting your application at any time for the purposes of verification and auditing.
You must provide your supporting documents within no more than 30 calendar days of submission and payment of the application fee. In certain cases the deadline may be shorter. See your admission file for the exact date.
Make sure you submit the required documents by the deadline. Delays could result in your admission to the program being rejected.
Applicant born in Canada
- Legible copy of an official transcript or diploma from your highest level of studies
- Birth certificate including full names of both parents (legible copy)
Applicant born outside Canada
- Legible copy of an official transcript or diploma from your highest level of studies
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident: Canadian citizenship card or permanent resident card (both sides)
- Applicants living outside Québec during their studies: Birth certificate or valid passport, and study permit (legible copies)
Applicant born outside Canada – Studies outside Canada
- Legible copy of an official transcript or diploma from your highest level of studies
