Day of parution

March 16, 2020 at 5h50 p.m.

Latest update March 17, 2020, 8:00 a.m. Those who would need to retrieve their computer, documents or personal belongings, you will be able to do so on Tuesday, March 17 and Wednesday, March 18. On both days, parking will be free, but you must ensure that the time spent in a pavilion is minimal.

The situation surrounding COVID-19 is changing by the hour. Our daily exchanges with the relevant authorities allow us to adjust and refine the instructions.

Please be advised that as of Tuesday, March 17, access to the pavilions is restricted to authorized persons only. The persons who have been identified to provide priority services have been or will be contacted by their manager. Telework arrangements may be offered to them.

We thank our faculty and staff for their commitment to our students. We have full confidence in their ability to make the pedagogical decisions required to allow students to complete their term.

We urge all other members of our university community to stay home to limit face-to-face interactions, as recommended by the Public Health Branch.

To all students, we would like to remind you that the teachers are working on establishing the modalities to complete your session. Your professors and teachers will contact you when they are ready. We are aware that this raises many questions and we are making every effort to answer them. We are working on solutions that will help you to complete your studies successfully. We are particularly sensitive to students who have to balance school, work and family, or who have had to interrupt their studies abroad.

Dear members of the community, we are aware that the course of your life is disrupted. We ask you to be patient so that together, in a spirit of solidarity, we can face this unprecedented situation.
