The benefits associated with healthy lifestyle habits, proper nutrition, and physical activity encourage the wellbeing of individuals and society. Therefore, the Université Laval aims to consolidate and expand Mon Équilibre UL, it’s healthy lifestyle program for the members of its community.

Mon Équilibre UL
Mon équilibre program promotes healthy habits among students on campus, and more generally among all members of the university community, in order to improve their overall health.
Sports activities services at the university sports complex (PEPS)
PEPS voffers sports activities of all kinds! In addition to its regular activities, it offers:
- Healthy lifestyle workshops (diet, relaxation, etc.)
- A variety of courses (yoga, pilates, walking, etc.) for university staff
- The Défi 5-10 km running and walking challenge
- The Défi 120 secondes de plaisir activity
- An outdoors club
- Youth programs
- And much more!
