PHT-3101 Interventions spécialisées en gériatrie

Approfondissement des concepts liés à la réadaptation de la personne âgée, ainsi que du processus de réadaptation dans différents milieux de pratique. Analyse de cas complexes impliquant des problématiques physiques, cognitives et psychosociales. Développement des habiletés relationnelles et des attitudes propres au physiothérapeute impliqué en gériatrie. Discussions autour des modèles contemporains qui orientent la pratique auprès de la personne âgée, dont ceux qui font appel à la collaboration interprofessionnelle.
