The Frigo-Partage network is a student-led initiative that aims to reduce food waste and food insecurity within the university community. It does this by enabling people to drop off or collect food that would otherwise be thrown away.
Every Thursday, La Bouchée généreuse gives out almost 1,600 grocery baskets for $2 each. It provides three services: a food bank, a thrift store, and a community grocery store.

The Rassemblement pour l’Alimentation Durable et l’Innovation Solidaire (RADIS) aims to provide an alternative food source on the Université Laval campus. Its members rely on the involvement of the university community and on grassroots food innovations to develop a food system that meets the community’s needs.
