Description
Web analytics (also known as digital analytics) aims to understand, from various perspectives, how users behave on a website or mobile app and to verify whether the results align with business strategies. This course establishes connections between strategy, technology solutions (such as websites or mobile apps), and the data, both quantitative and qualitative, used for analysis. Concepts are introduced gradually within a setting that simulates real-world market conditions, giving students current, practical concepts and methods.
