Notice to Université Laval staff
Nous vous avisons qu’à compter du mardi 17 mars, l’accès aux pavillons est restreint aux personnes autorisées seulement. Les personnes qui ont été identifiées pour assurer les services prioritaires ont été ou seront contactées par leur gestionnaire. Des modalités de télétravail pourraient leur être offertes.

To all staff, except management and priority services staff: we ask that you extend the weekend until Tuesday morning, March 17. No work is expected on Monday and pay will be maintained for all those scheduled to work. <
For management staff: we ask that you return to work on Monday morning and use this day to finalize the identification of priority activities and plan for the return to work of your staff. You will receive another communication to this effect.
To staff assigned to priority services: these include basic services such as pet shops, buildings, information technology, security, residences and payroll. University managers will contact staff whose services are required.
All employees are asked to check the University's website late Monday for return-to-work arrangements.
Working remotely
Consult the Information Technology Branch Web site if you need to telework in order to have the necessary access and access to collaborative work tools.
Travels
As of March 12, and until further notice from the government, travel outside Canada is no longer permitted.
Please review the instructions regarding the mandatory period of segregation for returning from a stay abroad and the different terms and conditions if you must cancel a trip outside of Canada.
